The Night We All Try to Forget

There we were standing with amazement as we spy the vampire rip through the skin of a dog. We all are trying extremely hard to hold back our tears as we feel very upset for that dog.

            Then, my friend Aundie screams. Something engrossed her leg and pulled her into a deep hole and we can’t see in it, because it’s so dark. We all just stand there wondering what to do. Then up in the old abandoned mansion a light turns on. We see Aundie in a room screaming for help all alone. Nobody knows what to do. We all finally get the courage we have to go help her.

            We slowly creep towards the house. We are all scrunched together like a swarm of people trying to get on a new rollercoaster, because we are so scared.  We all hope and pray nobody else gets taken. We see the vampires in the front window, so sneak around the back hoping none of them see us. Then we all stop in our tracks as we turn the corner. In the backyard there is a cemetery. Known of even wanted to look at it, we shimmy back to were we came from on the side of the mansion. Then, a vampire comes up suddenly behind us and scares us all, but he doesn’t see us. We give each other a look that looks like our eyes are going to pop out we are all extremely scared. We all slowly drop to the ground. The vampire stops and looks around and goes back where he came from and then comes back right towards us with a huge skunk in his mouth taking a huge bite out of it. We all plug our nose, because it stinks so roughly. The vampire goes around back and goes in to the house and doesn’t come back out.

            We finally agree that it is time to go in. We slowly creep up out of our hiding spot and walk really slow looking in every direction. We spot the door and make a slow pace to it. I slowly grasp the extremely cold door handle and push it open. We peak through the door and, nobody is in there. We soon see Aundie running down the stairs and pushes us in to a room, which we soon find out is the kitchen. She tells us that they’re hundreds of vampires up stairs having a party. As soon as she finishes her last word and fairly large vampire walks in and screams at the top of his lungs. Before we can even catch our breath they all are in the kitchen, throwing us everywhere.

            We get thrown in to a bedroom with one huge window in it. We all introduce ourselves and decide we need to make a plan. We decide that we will find as much clothes, blankets and drapes to make a ladder type looking thing to throw out the window and climb out. We all start gathering stuff and we are done within a few minutes. We toss it out the window and tie it down and we all slowly climb down.

            We all thought we were safe, once we got out the window, little did we know. We turned around and saw all the vampires chasing us with dead animals in their mouth. After we reach the road that we came on, we didn’t see the vampires any more. I say two red eyes in the woods which looked like vampire eyes. They most not want people to see them or know they are even up there. We sneak back in to our house and we try to forget everything that happened that night.
